His story is not only impactful because of the amazing God encounter he had a 20, but it is transformationally encouraging because he has not allowed any of his physical trauma to deter him from serving God with his whole heart and life! I have known David Ebel since 1996. David is rather quiet and friendly. He has a pleasant disposition and enjoys meeting people. Among his strongest traits, I would suggest his energetic enthusiasm for accomplishing the task at hand. He is a hard worker, scrupulously honest, and a great example of Christian leadership. His reputation as a husband and father is exemplary. David’s skill in problem solving is one of his strong attributes. He is a good listener, calm mannered, and desirous of reaching an outcome acceptable to all factions. His long experience and success as a Salvation Army leader and manager have surely demonstrated his sound judgment and mature approach to a variety of emergencies and stressful situations. He is a very kind and considerate man who has dedicated his life toward helping others. Race, religion, or sexual preference would never be a matter of concern to him. I doubt there have been many community members with his experience, high qualifying attributes, or enthusiasm for giving back to the community. I am pleased to give him my highest recommendation.
